American Idol has finally made it official on who will be joining Mariah Carey at the judges table!
Ryan Seacrest tweeted the above photo with the newly complete panel, writing, “It’s official, your new #IdolJudges are @MariahCarey, @NickiMinaj, @KeithUrban & @Yo_RandyJackson!”
The other frontrunner was Enrique Iglesias, however talks with him sputtered this past week, leading Idol execs to re-sign Randy Jackson.
So now many questions come to mind…too many egos at one table? Will Mariah and Nicki be able to share the spotlight? And most importantly, will this draw viewers back to the show? Time will tell! Season 12 of American Idol is set to air mid January of 2013.
