In Cabo Sans Lucas, Chuck whips up a lobster omelet, goes catch-and-release deep sea fishing and searches for a traditional Baja disca for cooking fish on a barbecue. In Guadalajara, Chuck discovers torta ahogadhas (pork sandwich smothered in chili sauce), tries to find out the local secret recipe for birria (spicy meat stew) and after getting dragged into a wrestling ring learns everything there is to know about pozole.
