Did Katie Holmes use a disposable phone to plan the surprise divorce with Tom Cruise?
The LA Times claims a source close to the family says Katie used a throwaway cellphone given to her by a friend to initially talk to her lawyers and avoid her husband knowing about the conversations
Ahhhh, the old disposable cellphone trick.
The paper says the cellphone is what enabled Katie to prepare her legal case and blindside Cruise. By the time a deal was struck last weekend to end the marriage, she hired three law firms in three states.

Hunger Games copying Harry Potter and Twilight?
Yup.
Lionsgate Films has announced that the 3rd book in the series, Mockingjay, will be split into 2 films. Part 1 will hit theaters on November 21, 2014 while Part 2 while be released on November 20, 2015. The second installment of the trilogy, Catching Fire, is due out in November of 2013.
Can’t blame em for wanting to make more dough, can you? Lionsgate likes money just as much as Haymitch likes happy hour.
