Roz & Mocha interviewed a 14-year-old radio talk show host who blasts homosexuality as a choice people make…listen to the full shocking interview here!
Caiden Cowger says the homosexuality “problem” is out of control in his state of West Virginia. 30 kids in his county — many of whom grew up with him — have chosen to be gay.
Cowger says Obama and Biden are both personally responsible for turning people gay.
Movie star Josh Hutcherson confronted Caiden Cowger tweeting: “@caidencowger I wish you could put yourself in someone’s shoes who has lived a life full of ridicule just for being themselves.”

I just wanted to say that this young man does not speak for all Christians, and I really hope people are not turned away from Christianity because of it. The truth of the matter is, we are all on the same rotten boat (otherwise why would we need saving?) and we have all done wickedness. I personally do not express my own rottenness the same as a homosexual person; but it’s there every day when I look the wrong way at the woman across the street. Who am I to judge others when I can’t get my own house in order? In fact, when the disciples asked Jesus how sinners can enter heaven, Jesus replies commands them to “strive to enter in”, in other words: mind your own salvation first before passing judgment on others. I say, if homosexuality is endemic, then so is ordinary heterosexual lust, greed, pride, jealousy, and a whole host of other issues: God loves the world and want to save it from all of these instead of simply trashing it.

Hey, I was very dissapointed with both Roz and Mocha this morning when they spoke to this boy. I do not agree with the boy, nor am I overly religious. But there is nothing wrong with people who choose to believe in GOD or the bible. The way they tried to bring there point across was wrong. As a father of two small boys and with the world that it is today, I would only hope there is a god. Again, by no means am I religious, but my wife does take my children to church to make them aware of religion and when they grow up they can make the decisions they want but Roz and Mocha were basically came off the same as the caller. The caller pushed pro beliefs of the bible and Roz and Mocha pushed anti-beliefs of the bible.
PS, Mocha’s better go to confession, say 1000 hail mary’s, prey to Allah, go to temple or do what ever to ask for forgiveness, because if there happens to be a heaven God will remember his comments “GODS WORDS ARE B___S__T.

I agree with the first part of your message. I was disappointed too with the way Roz and Mocha handled things. Riduculing Christianity to respond to this boy was extremely inappropriate and uncalled for. If you can voice your ridicul towards a lifestyle choice (Christianity) then he can most definitely voice his about homosexuality. I was so disgusted by the lack of respect this morning. Yes, his ridicul was inappropriate but 2 wrongs don’t make a right.

hahahaha what a sad representation of this generations’ christians/catholics..w.e. you are…
this is not a social issue bud.
this is your bias based on your religion – w.e. “religion” is
and its you that is sickening
shame on you.
and to all the beauties out there always remember..as queenGaga would say “”Do not allow people to dim your shine because they are blinded. Tell them to put on some sunglasses, cuz we were born this way bitch!”

I don’t understand why bashing Christians and the bible is so acceptable now-a-days. This boy expressed his opinion based on his beliefs. If a Jew or a Muslim had called in expressing the same beliefs, would you have called their holy book “full of BS”? Of course not. You would’ve been called anti-semitic or anti-muslim. Why the double standards then? You asked a question and got an answer to it. Show some respect.

This video is very disappointing. It is so unfortunate that this boy is obviously still on the immature side and has not completely been educated on Christianity. As Mike said, I really hope this video does not turn people away from Christianity. By no means does this child have the right to judge other human beings by the lifestyle they are living. Yes, it is quite clear in the bible that God is against homosexuality but he is also against lying, stealing, cheating, sleeping around, getting drunk. I know there is not one person in this world that can say they are perfect (including myself) and they have never ever “sinned” according to biblical perspective. If you are not a Christian and do not believe in God & the bible then how can someone call you guilty of not following God’s biblical principles when you are not trying to anyways. God is a loving god & ultimately he just wants to see us accept him and love him to the best of our ability. He knows we are not perfect and he knows we won’t get things right all the time but he just wants to speak to us, love us, and comfort us through every struggle life brings. It is so disappointing to see Christians single out homosexuals when really they have struggles of their own & in reality every lifestyle decision they make is between them and God (if they decide to begin walking with God). We need to put an end to this discrimination against homosexual individuals. THEY ARE HUMANS just as we are and ultimately by judging them we are not making anything better in this world. It’s time to love people for who they are & not what they do or who they date. As Christians we should not be here to make peoples lives more of a struggle by judging them or more difficult, we are here to accept them and love them & walk with them no matter what the struggle is. And besides that, before you judge someone else.. you better take a look at your own life.
As you can tell by my response I am a woman of faith and I truly believe that this revelation between what’s “right and wrong” needs to be broken. Only God is perfect therefore only God can judge our hearts. Especially in these days, homosexual individuals seem to be experiencing the most ridicul and hardships and therefore they are at a point where they may even need God more than the majority of us NOT to “convert” them to straight but to love them & give them the love and acceptance that we are obviously failing to give to them. If anyone wants to know more… I do know there are a few homosexual pastors out there living straight lives in order to honnour God. They are completely happy with that. I know it’s confusing eh? but check it out online.

I believe any one has any thing negative to say about any one, it’s cause they actually have feelings of the same sex and don’t want anyone knowing, no matter how much you say you don’t believe in it. Being gay is not a choice it is how you were born. You can not stop anyone from falling in love being the same sex or the opposite sex. At the age of 14 he truly can not think that way unless he has been brain washed. I am a mother of 3 girls and if they came to be and told me they were in love with a female I will very happy for them as that’s where their hearts have lead them. The heart makes it’s own feelings, is all I got to say.

I am dissapointed how Christianity was adressed this morning by Roz and Mocha…You insulted me personally when you spoke of God and the Bible as “bullshit” and ridiculed every Christian for what he\she believes in. Whether or not I completely agree with this 14-year old is beside the point, and regardeless of whteher you disagreed with him or not, you could have handled the conversation better without speaking of the God of heaven and earth the way you did. God is real and faith is real. I hope you think twice before you use strong words like that again.

My friend and I used to like listening to Roz and Mocha and thought they were hilarious, but we will never listen to them again. The things they said this morning were beyond insulting. We have lost all respect for the way they bashed Christianity and mocked God so openly and disrespectfully this morning. If they can feel free to say anything they want about Christianity, then they sure as anything can allow a brave young boy to stand up for what he believes in. The lack of respect and the blatant mockery toward God and His Word shown by this talk show this morning is absolutely sickening, and I will never ever listen to them again. Caidan, thank you very much for saying what you did and I know many more people appreciated it as well.

I agree with Katerina and Sara completely!! Roz and Mocha have very strong opinions and it seems like they dont want to beleive what anyone else has beleif in so I dont even understand why you had that young boy on the show. Everyone has a choice in what they believe and we all should respect others beleifs whether we agree with them or not.

I’m done with Roz and Mocha. I can’t believe you would have the guts to have an interview and diss the kid and the Catholic religion like that. That’s just disgusting and your the one who’s going to be regretting all of this because you ruined it for everyone. Never knew you guys were this immature.

To be honest, Roz and Mocha are proves to be THE biggest trolls (in the most mature way) since they are being the biggest hypocrites.
They are pounding the kid with questions that they themselves have to answer and have to follow.
They tell the kid that he has been following the rules of the Bible and Caiden clearly says a thousand times over that he believes what he believes, if Roz and Mocha do not agree to it and believe it themselves, then fine, believe what they want to.
They accuse him of being mislead due to the fact that what he follows and what he believes in is wrong.
Upon what basis does Roz and Mocha prove this belief to be false and wrong? Their own beliefs! They are using their own beliefs to tell Caiden that HIS belief his wrong. That does not sound right at at all.
Godd Bless their Souls.

In my humble opinion, I think it takes a lot of balls to say your opinion even when it goes against the grain. Raz and Mocha didn’t interview this kid, they attacked his belief system. There was absolutely no respect or tolerance demonstrated whatsoever. Morality is relative to the individual and no one has the right to say that someone else’s opinion is inferior to theirs. I was so surprised by the way they handled this situation especially considering he’s only 14 years old.

“Morality is relative to the individual and no one has the right to say that someone else’s opinion is inferior to theirs.”
So Raz and Mocha’s opinions and behaviors cannot be criticized by you since you just said yourself that their opinion is not inferior to yours. Go read a book or two on logic or STFU please. Thanks, sugar!

Crap like this is why I’m ashamed to be the same age. Even the most egregious literalist cannot excuse the commandment to “Love thy neighbor”. It’s people like these who make me happy to be atheist.

This has nothing to do with disrespect of christianity, it’s disrespect of hatred and bigotry, and lies. We must allow you to speak of and keep your religion, but the day I am required to respect it is the day I rebel.

The thing that makes me really angry is that Caiden Cowger who is *MY AGE* truly believes that homosexuality is wrong. I thought that we were all trying to make the world a better place and when I hear something like that….I can’t tell you how much I want to talk to him right now. I think that R&M did a good job on dealing with Caiden. I hope he learned something from them, because I certainly would have. I know that maybe the interview might have offended some people and they could have maybe simmered down a little bit but this kid needs to know what he thinks is wrong and shouldn’t be talking about homosexuals like that. They aren’t any different than any of us. They *WERE* born that way.
I’m still a huge Roz and Mocha fan!
I will make it better <3

it’s funny because God accepts erveryone for who they are and what they believed whether it is in him or not. so why can’t he even try to accept people for who they are….?
Besides since when do you just choose who you are; the point is to discover who God made you to be and become that individual.
I’m a Christian as well and that boy is ridiculous! I’ve never known anyone to be close-minded and inconsiderate of someone else and everyone else in his county, country and people of the world who are in the same place as these “unnatural beings” as he decided to put it..
Can someone please smack him or tell his priest/preacher to teach acceptance? its a key part of what the Lord does… accept other people…

I would encourage anyone who was disgusted by Roz and Mocha to file a complaint with the CRTC. I have done so. It is wrong and disrespectful to call one’s belief’s bullsh_t. Radio announcers should respect everyone’s religion. Regardless of whether or not they agree with the 14 year old, they should have handled themselves with dignity.
Also, God does love and accept everyone, but he hates sin (of all kind). Anyone who is truly sorry and repents is welcomed back with open arms (remember the prodical son).

Oh well, so the kid is a bit of a douche. So is Roz with his condesending tone. You’re a radio talkshow host bud, not a highbrow. I actually think this kid has a fantastic TV/radio presence, it’s too bad that his parents are clowns.
