The troubled young starlet was sent to hospital Friday afternoon following a highway accident with an 18 wheeler.

Lohan’s Porsche was totaled when she collided with a massive truck on the Pacific Coast Highway. Lohan and her passenger (Lindsay’s assistant) were both sent to hospital. Lindsay’s assitant suffered cuts and cruises while Lohan was said to be fine.
