Junk food belongs in Ontario schools, according to a popular video by two Brampton students, Samuel Battista and Brian Baah.
Check out the video and listen to Roz & Mocha debate them in studio…
The video, produced by St. Thomas Aquinas student council members Samuel Battista and Brian Baah, was viewed more than 24,000 times by Sunday night, sparking discussions and debate on Twitter and Facebook. Even Ontario Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak tweeted about it.
The video combines interviews with students, scenes from the school cafeteria, footage of speeches and rants by famous personalities to send the message that teens are frustrated by the limited menu choices they face every lunch hour at school.
Who’s a better debater on junk food, you’ve gotta hear these kids on KiSS with Roz & Mocha…

My school is right, we should get our choice back on if we wanna eat healthy or to eat junk food! I have to walk over 50 minutes to get home, plus all the walking in the school. I need some juck food, some chocolate something not healthy to keep me going. Chocolate helps me by giving me the energy to keep going. An apple can’t do that. An apple can’t get me hiper or give me the energy to go up over 16 flights of staries a day! We have the decision to eat what we want. We have the RIGHT to deside on what we want to eat!
