It’s no longer a rumour, Demi Lovato is now a judge on X Factor.

TMZ is reporting that Lovato is in NYC today, along with fellow new judge Britney Spears, to finalize their paperwork.

Lovato will join Spears at the Fox Upfronts, where they will officially announce their casting on the series.

No word on what Demi will be making to join the show, but it probably won’t come close to the $15 million that Spears will be making to film the season.
