This happened in Allentown PA. A teacher named Timothy Moll is accused of sending text messages to a 16yr old student asking her to send nude pictures of herself. He allegedly promised extra points toward her grade if she did it.
If this is true, not only was he dumb enough to ask a 16yr old for nude pictures, he was actually dumb enough to do it via text message, which the girl provided to police.
Moll has been suspended without pay and was charged with one count of corruption of minors and one count of unlawful contact with a minor and released on $20,000 bail.
He’ll be back in court next week.
