Can’t we all just get along?

According to several reports, the beef between Drake and Common is still alive and well, and it made its way to the Grammy Awards…

According to MediaTakeOut‘s “reliable insider,” the feuding rappers got into a brief “fist fight” backstage after exchanging words. After, “plainclothes police” reportedly walked Common back to his seat.

Publicist Robert Santini of PKM*BNC tweeted about the alleged event on Sunday night, writing, “@drake and @common had an altercation backstage & @liltunechi” — the handle of Lil Wayne, Drake’s label mate — “had to intervene. This is getting out of hand.”

Hours earlier, Questlove from The Roots tweeted an ambiguous remark on the two’s initial real-world meeting on Sunday.

“Uh. Drizzy & Com are seeing each other for first time. No comment,” he wrote.

I even sarcastically tweeted from inside Staples Center during the awards that ‘Common and Drake are in the same building. Will there be any drama backstage? If we see anything we’ll let you know lol. #kissgrammys.’

Little did I know that I was predicting the future, and all of this after Common had this to say about the beef on the red carpet only hours earlier “kind of over now… we was able to move forward from it, and all is good.”
