She was here in Toronto for the MMVAs in June where she opened AND closed the show

 As far as her love life was concerned, she spent the first half of 2011 in an on-again/off-again relationship with long time lover Luc Carl.

But by the end of summer she was dating Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney whom she met on the set of her music video for ‘You And I’.

They just confirmed their relationship over the Christmas holidays when they were spotted taking a stroll in LA.

So, what’s in store for Mother Monster in 2012? She recently told MTV News she’s already begun work on a new album.

“All the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place.”

No release date was given. All she would say is:

“I’ll put it out when it’s done.”
