What a whirlwind week it’s been for Lindsay Lohan. She was released from rehab on Monday after a 3 month court ordered stay. And now it looks like she could possibly be headed back to prison for violating her probation after an incident that happened while she was in the rehab facility.

Controversy arose last month when Lindsay was allegedly involved in a clash with an employee of the Betty Ford Center. The employee, Dawn Holland, says she caught Lindsay sneaking into the facility after curfew following a night out with friends. The ex-employee also alleges Lindsay had been drinking and assaulted her. Ms. Holland eventually withdrew her battery complaint but cops continued to investigate the incident.

Now, Sergeants Joe Borja and David Florez say their investigation has found Lohan to be in violation of her court order.

The statement, obtained by KPSP Local 2 News, reads:

“The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation… It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney’s office later this week.”

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox had warned Lohan she could see up to 180 days in jail if she violates the rules of her rehab program or fails a drug test before her next court date on February 25.
