Gaga is a busy woman but she still makes time for family!  Last week she  was spotted….. 

in New Jersery. She was visiting a nursing home in Lincoln Park with mother Cynthia Germanotta and boyfriend Luc Carl. GAGA was wearing a black suit and silver pearls, she looked like a raunchy Hilary Clinton. Of course Lady Gaga  also wore a pair of sky-high platform heels to complete her look.
