According to RadarOnline.com, Michael Lohan wants to settle the paternity suit on the Maury Povich Show. Michael says the woman accusing him of fathering a child and not paying child support, Kristi Horn Kaufman, has declined to take a DNA test on the show three times.

He says:

“We are going to reopen the case and demand a paternity test. What nerve this three-times scorned con woman has to have her daughter claim she is my daughter, without any proof and not wanting to find out the truth for herself.”

If Maury says he’s NOT the father, think Michael could do this?
