Did Katy Perry recently blast Miley Cyrus for her series of skimpy outfits? If you believe a report from Life & Style, then she definitely did.

The magazine claims Perry was overheard dissing the Hannah Montana star at last month’s MuchMusic Awards, saying:

“Oh my God, poor girl. She’s Britney Spears all over again. It’s happening right before our eyes.”

When her pal asked if she meant Lindsay Lohan, Perry responded:

“No, she’s definitely headed the Britney route. It’s worse. Look at those outfits. It’s bad.”

Question, can you really judge someone’s future behavior based on how she dresses?
