Lindsay Lohan is going to jail. Judge Marsha Revel determined on Tuesday that Lindsay had violated the terms of her probation by not attending alcohol education classes as ordered, and took her original offenses into consideration when handing down a 90-day jail sentence.

The sentence breaks down as: 30 days for reckless driving, followed by 30 days for her first DUI, and then 30 days for a second DUI. Following her 90 days of incarceration, Lohan has been ordered to complete a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation facility.

Lindsay was ordered to surrender to the court on July 20th, and until that time, must continue to wear her SCRAM bracelet.

* Lindsay was threatened with jail in October, when the judge warned her to be in strict compliance with the terms of her once-a-week alcohol education classes. Since then, Lohan skipped seven classes and didn’t show up for a mandatory progress review hearing in May, claiming her passport was stolen at the Cannes Film Festival. She was ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet as a result and has been subject to random drug testing.

* Two weeks later, the SCRAM bracelet was set off, leading to Lohan’s third arrest warrant in the case, although her attorney later claimed she tested negative for alcohol. The SCRAM incident was not taken into consideration at Tuesday’s hearing.
